About the role
Exciting new opportunity for a High Voltage Tester to join AGL’s renewables division in Mount Beauty supporting 14 Hydro Power Electric stations in NSW and Victoria. You will be responsible for compliance and condition monitoring testing of hydroelectric assets, including generators, transformers, AVRs, and governors to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.
The position is based in our Mount Beauty office, in the heart of the Kiewa Valley with Falls Creek and the Alpine National Park at your doorstep.
Mount Beauty is the centre for Mountain Biking, Bushwalking, Skiing/snowboarding and other outdoor activities, along with quality educational and health infrastructure.

About You
This opportunity will suit an individual who has a passion for working within the Energy industry and has a keen interest in Electrical systems, continuous improvement and looking to further develop their skills.
You will be an Electrical Engineer wanting to broaden their experience or an A-Grade Electrician with HV experience ready for the next career step, working on Australia’s largest privately owned Hydro portfolio.
