Job summary

FS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Paraplanner to support a private wealth management adviser in Melbourne. The role focuses on deep client relationships, developing wealth, superannuation, and insurance strategies, and delivering high-quality SOAs and ROAs.

You will manage fact gathering, prioritise recommendations, and prepare meeting materials. The position offers hybrid work from Melbourne CBD with potential work-from-home days post probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional financial planning practice.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• High-touch client service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint client meetings with directors and consultants.
• Build client strategies for wealth creation, superannuation, and insurance.
• Complete fact finding, goals, and prioritisation of recommendations.
• Document strategies via SOA or ROA and coordinate with paraplanners.
• Assist with presentation of SOAs to clients.
• Prepare for meetings and create file notes and action items.
• Conduct annual client portfolio reviews and make recommendations.
• Attend quarterly Investment Committee meetings.
