Cornerstone HR is seeking an experienced Warehouse All-Rounder with strong High Reach forklift skills to join a busy operation in Laverton. The role is hands-on, with forklift work forming a smaller part of duties, and primarily focuses on general warehouse tasks and safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience is preferred. Own transport beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong High Reach forklift experience (essential)
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Must have gone 7 rackings high on the high reach forklift

Responsabilités

• High Reach forklift operation
• Loading and unloading stock
• Manual handling and lifting of boxes
• Moving stock using trolleys and pallet jacks
• Stacking, wrapping, and relocating pallets
• Placing cartons onto conveyor systems, manual handling along conveyor
• Handling cages and general stock movement
• Picking and packing duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Work safely at all times.
