Responsibilities

• Perform daily replenishment of stock to pickable locations.
• Coordinate outbound order fulfilment and stock replenishment.
• Manage slow-moving, damaged, or quarantined stock.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Receive and verify inbound stock against PO and docs.
• Record stock discrepancies and variances in WMS.
• Maintain accurate records in the WMS system.
• Onboard new client stock and maintain organised storage.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and client procedures.
• Provide general warehouse assistance during peak periods.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveHigh Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is central to the smooth running of our 3PL operations - you'll be responsible for helping maintain stock accuracy, replenishing stock, supporting receiving and dispatch processes, and ensuring our inventory data is always up to date and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily replenishment of stock to pickable locations
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on outbound order fulfilment and stock replenishment.
• Support the management of slow-moving, damaged, or quarantined stock
• Perform regular cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
• Receive, verify, and process inbound stock against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances
• Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Assist with onboarding new client stock and maintaining organised storage locations
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, and client-specific procedures
• Provide general warehouse assistance as required during peak periods

About You

• Proven experience operating a high reach forklift in a warehouse environment
• Demonstrated competency and confidence operating a high reach forklift at height
• Previous experience with daily stock replenishment
• Experience moving, storing and organising palletised stock within a warehouse
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock locations and safe material handling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately replenish stock as required
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a busy warehouse team
• A strong focus on WHS, safety and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
• Must be Proficient in using WMS software and MS Excel / Office Suite on an Ipad and Laptop
• Good communication skills - comfortable liaising with team members, supervisors, and clients
• Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including manual handling
• Must have a Forklift Licence (LF) with High Reach experience
