Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy 3PL warehousing operation across Erskine Park, Horsley Park, Regents Park and Rydalmer locations in NSW. The role involves hands-on forklift work, packing, quality checks and safe handling of stock.

Ideal candidates will have LF forklift experience, previous warehouse exposure and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 25kg, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated LF forklift experience.
• Experience in loading/unloading trucks in a warehouse.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling and lift up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label and prepare products for dispatch.

High Reach Forklift Operators

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy production and warehouse operation in Erskine Park, Horsley Park, Regents park and Rydalmere available.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
• Performing quality checks and ensuring products meet required standards
• Manual handling and lifting of products weighing up to 10kg
• Operating an LF forklift to move and position stock
• Loading and unloading trucks using the forklift
• Moving pallets and stock safely throughout the warehouse
• Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Following workplace procedures, safety requirements and production instructions
• Manual handling of boxes 25kgs
• RF scanning
• WMS systems is advantageous

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience loading and unloading trucks using an LF forklift - MUST HAVE
• Previous warehouse or pick/pack environment
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling and lift up to 10kg
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures and safety requirements
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Full working rights in Australia
