Job summary

HR Partners is seeking a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator for an immediate temp-to-perm position on-site in Melbourne. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with 38 hours per week and pay at $37/hr.

You will handle picking, replenishment, and stock management using Crown and Toyota equipment, with clear pathways to permanent placement. The ideal candidate holds a current High Risk Work Licence (LF) and has proven experience on Crown and Toyota high reach forklifts, plus

Qualifications

• Licence: High Risk Work Licence (LF) required.
• Experience operating high reach forklifts (Crown and Toyota).
• Proven experience in high reach replenishment and stock picking.
• Bonus: experience in container unpacking, truck loading/unloading, or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operate Crown and Toyota high reach forklifts in narrow aisle racking.
• Perform high reach order picking and stock replenishment.
• Handle container unpacking, palletizing, loading/unloading freight.
• Conduct pre-operational safety checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain organized work areas and follow WHS guidelines.
• Provide on-floor support and informal leadership as needed.
