Select Aust Sydney – Moorabbin Airport VIC is seeking a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator for a temp-to-perm role. Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, on-site in Melbourne.

You will operate Crown and Toyota high-reach forklifts, perform stock replenishment, and handle inbound/outbound freight while maintaining WHS standards. The role offers a clear pathway to permanent employment, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Licence: Current High Risk Work Licence (LF).
• Experience: Demonstrated background operating high reach forklifts (Crown and Toyota).
• Bonus Skills: Container unpacking, truck loading/unloading, or team leadership experience.
• Availability: Available for full-time day shifts (Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm) and able to attend on-site assessment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Crown and Toyota high reach forklifts in narrow aisle racking.
• Perform high reach order picking and stock replenishment across the warehouse.
• Handle container unpacking, palletising, and loading/unloading inbound and outbound freight.
• Conduct pre-operational safety checks on equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow WHS guidelines.

High Reach Forklift Operator for an immediate temp-to-perm role . Operating on a desirable Monday to Friday day shift, you will handle daily picking, replenishment, and stock management duties using top-tier Crown and Toyota equipment . This position offers long-term stability with clear pathways for internal promotion and career progression for motivated candidates .

Key Responsibilities Operate Crown and Toyota high reach forklifts in narrow aisle racking . Perform high reach order picking and timely stock replenishment across the warehouse .

Handle container unpacking, palletizing, and loading/unloading inbound and outbound freight . Conduct pre-operational safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs. Maintain clean, organized work areas and strictly follow site

Work Health & Safety (WHS) guidelines. Take initiative on the floor, providing informal leadership and team support as needed .

Key Requirements & Qualifications
