Job summary

TLH Recruitment is partnering with a leading global supply chain and logistics company to recruit an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator and Warehouse All-Rounder. This role offers ongoing work with genuine potential to transition to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts, putaways, replenishments, inventory control, cycle counting, RF scanning, packing, loading/unloading and using warehouse systems. Strong safety focus required.

Qualifications

• Hold a current LF forklift licence.
• Have at least one year of high-reach forklift experience.
• Have previous inventory, stocktake and cycle‑counting experience.
• Be confident completing putaways and replenishments.
• Be computer-literate and comfortable using warehouse systems.
• Be physically capable of regularly lifting up to 20 kg.
• Have full working rights in Australia.
• Be reliable, safety-focused and looking for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Operating a high-reach forklift.
• Putaways and replenishments.
• Inventory control.
• Stocktakes and cycle counting.
• Picking orders using RF scanners.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Operating a counterbalance forklift, where required.
• Packing orders.
• Using warehouse computer systems.
• Working efficiently to meet KPIs.
• General warehouse and housekeeping duties.
