Job summary

Hays is partnering with a busy distribution business in Canberra to recruit an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for the Christmas peak season. This seasonal role focuses on safe, efficient operation of high reach forklifts and supporting daily warehouse tasks.

You will move stock, load/unload trucks, and assist the warehouse team through peak periods, with an immediate start and consistent hours. An LF forklift licence and at least 12 months' experience are required.

Qualifications

• A current LF Forklift Licence.
• Minimum 12 months' demonstrated experience operating high reach forklifts.
• Reliable transport and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
• Availability to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
• Strong focus on workplace safety and teamwork.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Due to an increased demand over the Christmas and New Year period, we are seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a dynamic warehouse operation during this critical period. Your new role Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of high reach forklifts, supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring stock is accurately moved and stored.
