Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for ongoing night shift roles in Melbourne’s western suburbs. If you’re confident operating a high reach forklift and comfortable in cold storage, we want to hear from you.

This is a busy warehouse with emphasis on safety, reliability and teamwork. You’ll load and unload pallets, perform putaways, replenishment and stock rotation while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence (current) required.
• At least 12 months of high reach forklift experience.
• Ability to work in cold storage up to –20°C.
• Available for 4–5 night shifts per week.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability and teamwork.
• Previous cold storage warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform putaways, replenishment and stock rotation.
• Load and unload pallets.
• Assist with manual handling and general warehouse duties as required.

Your role

• Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Completing putaways, replenishment and stock rotation
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Assisting with manual handling and general warehouse duties as required

What you’ll bring

• current LF forklift licence
• At least 12 months of high reach forklift experience
• Confidence working in cold storage, including temperatures as low as –20°C
• Availability to work 4–5 night shifts per week
• A strong commitment to safety, reliability and teamwork
• Previous cold storage warehouse experience is highly regarded

Pre-employment requirements

• Complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
• Provide a clear National Police Check
