Symmetry Human Resources Group in Brisbane is seeking a High Reach Forklift Operator for a busy cold storage warehouse in Banyo. You will operate high reach forklifts, use RF scanners, and pick orders while maintaining stock accuracy in a chilled environment.

Ideal candidates hold a current LF Forklift Licence, have RF scanning experience, and can work Monday to Thursday, 12:00 pm–6:30 pm. This hands-on role requires safety focus and reliability.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence.
• Experience operating high reach forklifts.
• Experience with RF scanners is essential.
• Experience with stock put-away, replenishment and retrieval.
• Willingness to work in a cold storage environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently.

Pay Rate: $35.81 per hour ($34.96 base rate + $0.85 freezer allowance)
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm

We are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy cold storage warehouse operation based in Banyo, QLD.
This role involves a combination of high reach forklift operation, RF scanning and manual order picking. You will be responsible for safely putting stock away into warehouse racking, retrieving stock for picking and ensuring inventory is accurately scanned into designated locations.
This is a hands-on role suited to operators who are comfortable spending time both on and off the forklift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Putting stock away into designated warehouse racking locations.
• Retrieving pallets from racking to replenish stock for picking.
