Synergie Australia is recruiting a High Reach Forklift Operator for a leading food company in Smithfield. The role is day shift from 6am to 2pm, a temp-to-perm opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $36–$37. You will join a large team and be supported in a thriving company culture.

Candidates must have experience in operating high reach forklifts with double deep, and be able to pass Drug and Alcohol and Police checks. Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience operating high reach forklifts with double deep.
• Warehouse/dc experience.
• Numerical literacy and counting accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass Drug and Alcohol and Police check.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklift and RF scanning.
• Safely place stock into racking and retrieve items from upper levels.
• Conduct stock takes and cycle counts.
• Day shift starts at 6am.

Temp to Perm – Great hourly rate $36-$37 per hour

We are looking for an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join their team in the Smithfield area. This is a great opportunity to work for and be supported by a large team and be challenged. This is a temp to perm position, and you must be an Australian Citizen to work in this position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working in the warehouse, RF scanning, operating a high reach forklift with double deep
• Safely place stock into racking systems and retrieving items from upper levels
• Stock takes and cycle counts
• Day shift – 6am starts

About You:

• Competent in high reach forklift operator & double deep
• Previous warehouse experience
• Numerical literacy – able to count accurately and efficiently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Police check
• Able to follow instructions and work independently and in a team environment.
