Local Workforce Hire is seeking an experienced General Labourer or Trade Assistant for casual ongoing work across construction, landscaping, and industrial sites in Queensland. The role offers reliable weekly pay and potential pathways into permanent positions.

You will work across diverse sites with duties including site prep, digging, wheelbarrowing, assisting trades, and site clean-up. Immediate start for reliable candidates with a White Card and valid licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
