Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers/Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across construction, landscaping and industrial sites in Queensland. You’ll be paid weekly, receive 11.5% superannuation and a $22 daily travel allowance, with regular shifts and potential pathway to permanent employment.

To join, you should have at least 12 months in general labour or as a Trade Assistant, a Construction White Card and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
