Job summary

Pacific Pines Tavern, part of the Endeavour Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead floor operations in a high-volume family tavern on the Gold Coast. You will motivate a large team, maintain elite service standards, and ensure a positive vibe during busy shifts.

This hands-on role requires physical tasks and a proven hospitality background. You should have supervise experience and hold RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence per state requirements.

Qualifications

• This is a hands‑on role with manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties.
• Experience supervising or leading a team in hospitality is desirable.
• Strong customer service and people skills are essential.
• The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
• Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
