APEM Group is leading global environment consultancy providing expert advice to clients in a wide range of industries including water, renewables, infrastructure, marine and ports, transport, construction, and development. Following significant growth journey with operations based in the UK, EU and USA, APEM Group strategically expanded into Australia in early 2024. As part of the APEM Group, Biosis is a team of expert consultants specialising in Aboriginal archaeology, botany, environmental approvals, GIS, historical archaeology, historical heritage, and zoology. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and dedicated team where you can make a genuine impact on how we work and contribute directly to our success in delivering environmental and heritage consulting solutions across Australia. Let’s grow, innovate, and build something better together!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an understanding of site patterning, land and site formation processes on the locations and survival of artefacts for both Aboriginal and historical sites.
  • Be a key contributor to the preparation of Cultural Heritage Management Plans (CHMPs), heritage impacts statements and due diligence assessments.
  • Lead and contribute to fieldwork projects across both Aboriginal and historical archaeological projects.
