Job summary

Ecology and Heritage Partners Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Heritage Consultant to join our collaborative team delivering heritage services across renewable energy, transmission, infrastructure and development projects.

You will work across a diverse portfolio, applying technical heritage knowledge while engaging with Traditional Owners, clients and regulators to protect cultural heritage values and ensure compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• Heritage professional balancing technical excellence with stakeholder engagement.
• Tertiary qualification in Heritage, Archaeology, Anthropology, History or related discipline.
• Experience delivering heritage projects in a consulting environment.
• Sound knowledge of Queensland heritage legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong report writing, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Collaborative approach and passion for protecting cultural heritage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver heritage assessments, site investigations and technical reports across renewable energy, infrastructure and development projects.
• Manage heritage projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring quality outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in fieldwork, archaeological investigations and heritage assessments to support project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, Traditional Owners, government agencies and key stakeholders.
• Prepare fee proposals and contribute to tender submissions that support continued team growth.
• Collaborate with environmental scientists, planners and engineers to deliver integrated project outcomes.

As a Heritage Consultant with Fyfe, you'll join a collaborative and growing team delivering heritage services across renewable energy, transmission, infrastructure and development projects.
