Job summary

Corsaire Aviation in Western Australia seeks a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1.3) for rotary-wing work at Jandakot with remote bases in Dongara, Newman and Exmouth.

You will perform line and base maintenance on our rotorcraft, ensuring compliance with CASA standards and Corsaire’s quality systems, with a focus on safety and reliability. FIFO/VISA options available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid & current Australian or NZ B1.3 license and rotorcraft experience.
• AS355 type rating is preferred but not essential.
• Experience across rotary-wing platforms.
• Strong understanding of CAR30 maintenance procedures.

About the Role

Corsaire Aviation is seeking a skilled Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1.3) to join our team. You will be responsible for performing line and base maintenance across our rotary-wing fleet, ensuring all work complies with CASA regulatory standards and Corsaire’s internal quality systems.

This role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Our Fleet Includes

• Fixed Wing: Cessna 441, Cessna 210
• Rotary Wing: Bell 206B, Robinson R22 & R44, EC130, AS355F1 & AS355F2, Cabri G2, Agusta A109E

What We’re Looking For

• Valid & current Australian or New Zealand B1.3 License
• AS355 type rating (preferred but not essential)
• Experience across rotary-wing platforms
• Strong understanding of CAR30 and maintenance procedures

Excellent fault-finding and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Willingness to carry out field maintenance when required
