Job summary

Mavin Truck Centre is looking for a motivated, qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our family-owned, award-winning business in Kempsey, NSW. You will be working on a variety of Heavy vehicles, trucks and trailers with a focus on Mercedes Benz, Freightliner, Fuso and Hino, both in our workshop and offsite for breakdowns and servicing.

This is a hands‑on role and suited to a motived, problem solving and driven individual with a high work ethic and ability to work in a team with a positive

Qualifications

• Qualified heavy vehicle mechanic with trade certification.
• Experience servicing trucks and trailers in the heavy vehicle sector.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently.
• Team oriented and able to work unsupervised when needed.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairs on all aspects of Heavy vehicle road transport industry.
• Maintenance, diagnosis and fault finding with industry leading tools and equipment.
• Breakdowns, on-site servicing and repairs.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and respectful working environment.

You will be working on a variety of Heavy vehicles, trucks and trailers with a focus on Mercedes Benz, Freightliner, Fuso and Hino, both in our workshop and offsite for breakdowns and servicing. • Servicing and repairs on all aspects of Heavy vehicle road transport industry

• Breakdowns, on‑site servicing and repairs

• Qualified heavy vehicle mechanics
• Ability to work unsupervised and also as part of a team
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• HR Licence preferred but not essential
