Sitrak Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on workshop leader to run maintenance and repair of trucks and heavy vehicles on-site. You will combine leadership with practical servicing, diagnostics, and pre-delivery checks.

You will manage workflow, mentor staff, ensure quality, and maintain safety while expanding the workshop as the business grows.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong truck servicing and repair experience.

• Pre-delivery inspections, servicing and repairs on trucks and heavy vehicles.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a new truck servicing and repair business. You'll be responsible for keeping the workshop running efficiently while also getting on the tools and carrying out servicing, repairs, pre deliveries on new trucks and diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

Pre- delivery inspections, servicing and repairing trucks and heavy vehicles

Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and computer faults

Engine, transmission, brakes, suspension and driveline repairs

DPF, AdBlue and emissions-system diagnostics

Managing daily workshop workflow and parts/supplies orders

Checking completed work and maintaining quality standards

Communicating with customers and providing repair updates

Leading, supporting and mentoring workshop staff as we grow

Maintaining a safe, clean and professional workshop

About you

Strong truck servicing and repair experience

Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and manage the full process from start to finish

Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

Good communication and leadership skills

Current HR/HC drivers Licence
