CDC NSW is seeking a Heavy Vehicle - Diesel Mechanic for a full-time role at the Terrey Hills depot. The position focuses on maintenance, servicing and repairs to ensure fleet safety and reliability, with the added ability to provide relief as Workshop Supervisor when required.

The ideal candidate will have Motor Vehicle Repair Licence, experience in Heavy Vehicle Inspection, and a MR or HR licence. Flexibility to work across multiple Sydney workshop locations is essential.

Qualifications

• Motor Vehicle Repair Licence is required.
• Experience in Heavy Vehicle Inspection.
• MR or HR driver's licence required or willingness to obtain.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot diesel engines for buses.
• Diagnose engine faults and perform regular servicing.
• Conduct complex repairs on fuel systems, turbochargers, and exhaust systems.
• Attend to breakdowns, accidents and incidents.
• Provide temporary Workshop Supervisor relief during periods of leave.
