Price & Speed Containers Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Heavy Haulage/Low Loader/Float Driver with an MC licence to transport forklifts, heavy machinery, solar batteries and a wide range of equipment.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years on a float with a dolly, a solid understanding of NHVR load placements, and the fitness to work weekends when required; wage rates are AUD 48–55 plus Super plus A/L, with higher rates for sub-contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience operating a Low loader/float with a dolly.
• MC licence.
• Clear understanding of NHVR requirements and load placements.
• Physically fit and able to work on weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Transport forklifts, heavy machinery, solar batteries and other equipment using a float with a dolly.
• Ensure compliant load placements on trailers per NHVR requirements.

Heavy Haulage/Low Loader/Float Driver MC Licence

Price & Speed Containers Pty Ltd, have a position available for and experienced Low Loader/Float Operator with an MC licence and has experience with using a dolly plus an MSIC card, the work will involve transporting forklifts, heavy machinery, solar batteries and a vast array of other equipment.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 7 years experience using a float with a dolly transporting 45t plus with sound knowledge of NHVR requirements with load placements on the trailers etc

The applicants will have the following,

• Minimum 7 yrs using a Low loader/float.
• MC licence.
• A clear understanding of NHVR requirements and load placements
• Physically fit.
• Prepared to work on weekends when required.

Wage Hourly rate = $48 to $55 + Super + A/L.
Sub-contractor Hourly rate = $55 to $60 + GST
