Centurion is seeking an experienced MC Low Loader Driver for our Heavy Haulage Division based in Mackay. You will transport over‑dimensional and over‑mass machinery across regional routes, ensuring load restraint and compliance with permits and regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate modern platform trailers within the Heavy Haulage Division.
• Transport over‑dimensional and over‑mass machinery and equipment.
• Safely restrain machinery in line with the NTC Load Restraint Guide.
• Complete pre‑starts, checklists, and required paperwork.
• Understand and carry statutory permits for heavy haulage.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure safe deliveries.

Low Loader Drivers

Centurion is looking for highly experienced MC Low Loader in our Heavy Haulage Division based out of Mackay. We’re looking for operators with proven experience transporting over‑dimensional and over‑mass machinery and equipment across regional routes. Confidence with load restraint, permits, and heavy haulage compliance is essential. Permanent full‑time opportunities on offer with consistent, well‑planned work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating modern platform trailers within our Heavy Haulage Division
• Transporting over‑dimensional and over‑mass machinery and equipment
• Safely restraining machinery and equipment in line with the NTC Load Restraint Guide
• Completing pre‑starts, operational checklists, and required paperwork
• Carrying and understanding statutory and regulatory permits
• Working closely with the operations team to ensure safe and compliant deliveries

What You’ll Bring

• MC Driver’s Licence
• Demonstrated experience in Heavy Haulage operations
• Previous experience operating as a Low Loader driver
• Sound knowledge of fatigue management, permit requirements, and road transport legislation
• Proven reversing and manoeuvring skills
• Strong understanding of safe load restraint practices
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards
