Komatsu Australia is seeking experienced Maintenance Planners and Schedulers to support a major heavy-mobile equipment operation in Central Queensland. You will coordinate people, parts and timelines to keep a large fleet performing, from planned servicing to breakdowns.

The role requires strong communication skills, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to manage backlogs, budgets and KPIs, with opportunities for career development and a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Significant maintenance planning/scheduling experience within mining or heavy mobile equipment.
• Strong understanding of mobile plant maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance systems.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule short and long-term maintenance to keep a large fleet running.
• Coordinate labour, parts, subcontractors and customer-supplied resources.
• Manage backlog and defect tracking; oversee component and overhaul planning.
• Monitor equipment performance, maintenance data and KPIs; report outcomes.
• Procure parts and coordinate technical support; drive continuous improvement.
