Job summary

Bondwoods Transport is seeking a trade-qualified heavy diesel mechanic for its Park Ridge, Queensland workshop. The role involves maintaining, servicing and repairing a Kenworth-heavy fleet with a strong emphasis on safety and quality assurance.

You will diagnose engine faults, perform repairs on heavy and light vehicles as needed, and accurately complete job cards using Gearbox. Applicants should have at least three years of post-trade experience and hold a Queensland HR licence (HC preferred).

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified heavy diesel mechanic with post-trade experience.
• Kenworth knowledge is essential.
• QLDHR licence required; HC licence preferred.
• Commitment to safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair the company fleet.
• Diagnose heavy-duty engine faults and breakdowns.
• Maintain and repair light vehicles when required.
• Complete job cards promptly and accurately using Gearbox.
• Work safely within the company’s accredited maintenance operation.
