Job summary

Force Equipment Pty in Mackay is seeking Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our Mackay Workshop team. You will specialise in CAT powertrain components, transmissions and engines across CAT 777, 789, 793, 797 trucks and D10, D11 dozers.

This permanent, full-time role offers varied rosters, a supportive team, and the opportunity to grow your mechanical skills while working in a first-class facility.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and repair CAT powertrain components, transmissions and engines for CAT trucks and dozers.
• Ensure quality control and compile reports.
• Manage jobs and support a small team to meet daily targets.
• Perform maintenance repairs within company guidelines and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Emeco customers to meet company objectives.

Force is seeking Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our Mackay Workshop team.

This role brings something different with the opportunity to specialise in Transmission rebuilds, Engine rebuilds and assembly across the Emeco fleet.

Holding previous experience in rebuilds or wanting to grow your mechanical background, we have roles across our Mackay based workshop, allowing you work on HME and still be home every night.

• Working in our 1st class facility, you will be rebuilding and repairing CAT powertrain components, transmissions and engines, specialising in CAT 777, 789, 793, 797 trucks & D10, D11 dozers.
