Job summary

Byrnecut Australia Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join the South Australian maintenance team. You will maintain, fault-find, repair and rebuild underground mobile equipment to maximise reliability and safe operation across multiple sites.

The role offers full-time employment with flexible rosters (7/7, 8/6, 2/2), international project exposure, ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression within a global contractor.

Qualifications

• Heavy Diesel trade qualification (Australian recognised).
• Current manual driver's licence.
• Mobile mining equipment experience (underground highly regarded).
• Willingness to complete Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.
• Willingness to obtain or provide National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, fault-find, repair and rebuild underground mobile fleet.
• Maximise equipment reliability, availability and safe operation across sites.
• Diagnose faults and perform component rebuilds as required.

We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics with mobile mining equipment experience to join our South Australian maintenance team. Working on a diverse underground fleet, you'll carry out maintenance, fault finding, repairs and component rebuilds, playing a key role in maximising equipment reliability, availability and safe operation across our sites.

What You'll Bring

Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification - (Australian recognised)
