CTS People PTY Ltd. in Forrestfield, WA is seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic for road transport equipment. You will service and repair trucks and trailers, diagnose faults, and mentor apprentices in a busy modern workshop.

This permanent full-time role offers a stable position with overtime, tool allowance, and on-site parking. Progression opportunities exist across WA sites within a family-owned business.

Qualifikationen

• Cert III Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
• 3+ years post-trade experience.
• Experience across European and American trucks and trailers.
• Knowledge of CAN-bus, EBS, DEF systems.
• Forklift licence essential; HR/HC/MC licence an advantage.

The role

You'll be part of a busy workshop servicing and repairing trucks and trailers (Kenworth, Mack, Volvo, Scania). The work covers:

• Diagnostics and fault finding on engines, brakes, hydraulics and electrics

• Servicing, repairs, and component rebuilds

• Structural repairs to trailers and prime movers

• Mentoring apprentices and supporting the workshop team
