Job summary

Stellar Maintenance is seeking experienced HD Mechanics/HD Fitters for permanent and short-term mining assignments across Western Australia. You will perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose breakdowns, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in both workshop and field environments.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant Technology, with forklift/HRWL licences and OEM training (Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, CAT) highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant Technology required.
• Experience with light vehicles, forklifts, and small mobile plants advantageous.
• OEM training in Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr or CAT highly regarded.
• Forklift and HRWL licences highly regarded.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnostics and breakdown repairs.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain service records and communicate with supervisors.
• Work in workshop and/or field environments.
