Job summary

Join Cleanaway's Worsley workshop as a Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic. Inspect, diagnose, service and repair vacuum loading trucks and related equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will need an unrestricted HR license with 1–2 years of experience, a clean driving record, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. This is a permanent full-time role with a 7/7 roster.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted HR license (minimum) with 1-2 years of experience.
• Experience in the waste industry is advantageous.
• Relevant trade qualification in heavy vehicle mechanics.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Experience with fleet maintenance and running repairs.
• Professional presentation, strong customer service skills.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We're seeking experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanics to join our Worsley workshop, where you can enjoy competitive benefits and a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, and performing repairs on Vacuum loading trucks, yellow gear and descale equipment.
