Mechanics Recruitment in Australia is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic for a site-based role at a major mining operation in Nhulunbuy, NT. The position operates on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster with 12-hour shifts and FIFO from Cairns or Darwin.

You will service and repair Caterpillar mining equipment, perform advanced diagnostics, maintain air-conditioning systems and respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime.

Qualifications

• Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate with at least 2 years of post-apprenticeship experience.
• Automotive Air-Conditioning License.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Scheduled Servicing & Repairs: Maintain Caterpillar mining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
