Job summary

Force by Emeco in Mackay is seeking a qualified Diesel Fitter to join our heavy equipment team. You’ll rebuild and maintain our impressive fleet and be home most nights with a 7/7 roster that balances work with family time.

Hold Australian trade certificate, and bring experience with heavy mining mobile plant equipment. A current Australian Driver’s Licence and a strong commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.

• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
• Hold an Australian recognised trade certificate.
• Proven experience with large mining mobile plant equipment.
• Strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist to rebuild and maintain our impressive fleet.
• Hold previous experience working with D11 Dozers, Graders, 773 to 793 Trucks and more.
• Hold high standards with quality control.
• Follow company guidelines and cost targets.
• Compile reports.
• Assist with vital support for the Emeco rental fleet.
