Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists in Tewantin, QLD, is seeking a passionate Audiologist for either part-time or full-time hours (8.30am–5.00pm). You will deliver clinically excellent, personalised care to help clients hear better and improve quality of life.

The role requires current QP number with Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud, strong communication, and the ability to balance clinical work with business development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current QP number and full membership with Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage daily tasks while balancing clinical and business development.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques.
• Delivering tailored hearing solutions and educating clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
• Supporting successful hearing outcomes through the recommendation and fitting of appropriate hearing devices.
• Building awareness of Bloom's services through local promotional and community engagement activities.
• Developing and maintaining strong referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences.
