Job summary

Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking an experienced Minor Works Project Manager to oversee capital infrastructure and minor works across CHS facilities in the ACT. You will ensure delivery within timeframes and budgets, with strong reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Working in a healthcare environment, you will coordinate facilities management, consultants and contractors to achieve project outcomes and minimise service disruption. This is a full-time permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple capital infrastructure projects across CHS facilities.
• Monitor performance and provide monthly financial and program updates.
• Engage stakeholders including Facilities Management, consultants, and contractors to deliver outcomes.
• Ensure project delivery within timeframes and budgets with minimal disruption.
