Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Roma, QLD is seeking an Operational Services Officer - Groundsperson to maintain safe, welcoming outdoor spaces across health service grounds and facilities. You will operate and care for grounds equipment, perform maintenance tasks, and support waste management and broader operational services to ensure a positive experience for patients, residents, visitors and staff.

Applicants with grounds maintenance experience, a current C class driver licence, and a Certificate III

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or horticultural services.
• Ability to safely operate and perform minor upkeep of grounds equipment.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety, manual handling, and safe chemical use.
• Current C Class Driver Licence and collaborative work approach.
