Job summary

Bupa is seeking an Onbase Credentialing Lead in Sydney, NSW to provide expert credentialing guidance across the ADF Health Services Contract. You will oversee onboarding and ongoing credentialing, drive process improvements and ensure regulatory and organisational standards are met.

The role requires clinical governance experience, post-graduate qualifications are desirable, and you will work with key internal and external stakeholders to maintain high quality standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical governance and risk management within healthcare.
• Postgraduate or equivalent in quality management or health administration is desirable.
• Ability to design and improve governance processes and credentialing activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on credentialing for onboarding and ongoing requirements.
• Support service delivery teams with clinical escalation and risk management.
• Input into credentialing, waivers/exemptions, and interactions with external stakeholders.
