Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing administrative support, preferably in a health environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work in a team.
• Experience with rostering and recruitment practices and transactional services.
• Ability to handle enquiries and provide appropriate responses in a complex environment.
• Commitment to professional conduct and confidentiality.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software including rostering/recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer health rostering and recruitment processes for the Clinical Support Services Unit.
• Manage health roster inputs and adjustments and respond to recruitment enquiries.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment and recruitment of staff across nursing, medical and allied health areas.
• Support other administrative tasks related to rostering and recruitment as required.
