Job summary

NSW Health Pathology is seeking a Change Manager Level 3 to lead change management within the Fusion Program, developing strategies and plans that maximise the adoption of new systems and processes across NSW.

This 38-hour-per-week temporary role based in St Leonards includes alternative sites, offering a supportive team culture, a competitive salary range, and opportunities to work with leaders preparing staff for new technologies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying a structured change management approach and delivering projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with stakeholders for high-quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and related apps to support change, engagement, reporting and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for adoption of new systems and processes.
• Support stakeholder and employee engagement initiatives to build awareness and readiness.
• Identify change impacts, support communications and training activities, monitor readiness.
• Guide leaders and managers to help teams adapt to new technologies and ways of working.
