Job summary

Rauland Australia and New Zealand is seeking a driven Project Operations Manager to lead the NSW & ACT project portfolio across healthcare technology. You’ll drive delivery excellence, governance and commercial outcomes with a multidisciplinary team.

Based in Cammeray, you’ll influence customers, partners and internal stakeholders to build scalable delivery foundations and sustainable growth for critical healthcare projects across New South Wales and ACT.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering healthcare technology projects within complex portfolios.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, forecasting and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering project portfolio performance across revenue, margin, forecasting, customer outcomes and delivery excellence.
• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery professionals.
• Driving governance, contractual risk management, commercial discipline and claims resolution across a complex portfolio.
• Building capability, accountability and a high-performance culture founded on collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Strengthening resource planning, utilisation and operational efficiency across the territory.
• Building trusted relationships with customers, healthcare leaders, consultants, builders, contractors, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Driving forecasting accuracy, project visibility and portfolio reporting excellence.
• Partnering with sales and commercial teams to ensure projects are commercially, operationally and strategically positioned for successful delivery from day one.
• Improving systems, processes and ways of working to support future growth and scalability.
• Contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen delivery performance and customer value.
