The successful candidate will ensure services are safe, effective, efficient and patient-centred while supporting the delivery of contemporary models of care and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and governance for Bathurst Health Service operations.
• Lead operational planning and preparedness for major incidents, infrastructure failures and emergencies.
• Monitor and improve operational performance against service, activity, financial and workforce targets.
• Report to the General Manager and balance hospital demand with finite resources across domains.
