Kallibr Group is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Trainer & Assessor to join our Melbourne team. This full-time role focuses on delivering practical, compliant training across high-risk safety topics and building learners' competency with real-world relevance.

You will deliver nationally recognised training and assessment in Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, Gas Test Atmospheres, HSR Initial/Refresher, First Aid/ CPR and Fire Warden duties, supported by a collaborative team and

Qualifications

• Current competency in the units you train and assess, plus relevant industry experience.
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40116 with upgrade units).
• HRWL for Vehicle Loading Crane (CV) if delivering this class (where applicable).
• Strong communication skills and a learner-centred approach.
• Solid organisational skills and ability to manage training sessions.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in an RTO environment is highly regarded; HSR training experience desirable.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Trainer & Assessor to join our Melbourne team.

About the Role

This full-time role is perfect for a passionate trainer who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to lifting safety and competency standards across the industry.

You will be responsible for delivering nationally recognised training and assessment in:

• Working at Heights
• Confined Space Entry
• Gas Test Atmospheres
• Health and Safety Representative (HSR) Initial and Refresher
• First Aid and CPR
• Fire Warden and Emergency Response

You’ll work within a supportive team of trainers and assessors to ensure high-quality, compliant, and engaging training experiences for all students.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, safety-focused, and committed to helping learners succeed.

You must have:

• Current competency in the units you train and assess, plus relevant industry experience
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40116 with relevant upgrade units)
