A community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a part-time Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner. This role involves managing safety initiatives, conducting training, and participating in safety projects across Geelong. Part time opportunity in a hands on Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner role that is responsible for supporting the site in the operational delivery of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives.
As a major contributor to the development of a positive safety culture, and ensuring legal and internal compliance, you are required to provide expert advice to the Geelong hospital teams, focused on helping our leaders lead, and equipping them with the tools, insights and support needed to meet safety obligations and improve health, safety and wellbeing outcomes to implement Epworth Group-wide systems.
The role will be based at our site in Geelong, 3 days a week.
