ACCIONA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Risk Prevention specialist in Australia to implement and supervise safety measures across our offices, maintenance, real estate, and projects. You will conduct risk assessments, update prevention plans, monitor compliance with OH&S laws, investigate incidents, and translate corporate objectives into practical safety actions.

The role requires a university degree, 3+ years' experience, English at B2, and strong data skills; we offer equal opportunity

Formación

• University degree in required fields and a Master’s in ORP or Integrated Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• English language at B2 level.
• Office software proficiency and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct risk assessments at work centers and workstations, identifying risks and preventive measures.
• Update prevention plans for each business division to address specific needs.
• Monitor compliance with OH&S regulations across operations and projects.
• Investigate accidents and analyze root causes to propose corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the corporate risk prevention protocol.
• Translate corporate objectives into operational safety actions.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and monitor corrective actions.
• Visit work centers regularly to verify safety measures and action effectiveness.
