Job summary

Justice Health in Victoria is seeking a Health Records Assessment and Support Officer - Projects to support the Health Records team and develop and review processes to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.

You will manage key health records processes, develop clear guidance, briefing papers and reports, and identify practical improvements to services while supporting privacy matters as Justice Health privacy coordinator.

Qualifications

• A tertiary or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
• Experience in health records is highly desirable.
• Project experience with planning, organising and meeting deadlines is required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook and TRIM.
• Understanding of privacy laws including Victorian health and information privacy rules.

• Develop clear processes, guidance documents, briefing papers and reports.
• Find practical ways to improve services and put better solutions into action.
