Austin Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Health Independence Program (HIP) within the Continuing Care Division, delivering client-centred services across HIP clinics and community programs in Melbourne. The role manages ~34 FTE and a budget of about $4.6 million, driving performance against targets and ensuring high-quality care.
