FTI Consulting (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a Director-level professional to drive digital delivery across health and human services for clients in NSW, QLD or WA. You will lead digital strategies, manage delivery programs, and work with Salesforce and UX teams to maximise value from digital investments.

You will collaborate with senior teams, influence change, and guide projects from strategy through to implementation, on-site with clients, and across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• Industry experience in health and human services.
• Experience delivering digital transformations at portfolio/program/project level with Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Human Centred Design and working with Service/UX designers.
• Understanding of digital technologies and health/human services best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with structured thinking.
• Willingness to travel within Australia.
• Flexibility to work independently and in teams in fast-paced environments.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

• Lead development of digital and technology strategies for Health organisations.
• Develop business requirements, user stories and solution design with clients and delivery teams.
