Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) in Chatswood, NSW is seeking a Product Specialist to drive commercialization and lifecycle support for Health & Biosciences products. The role offers a hybrid work model, with occasional travel across Oceania and ASEAN regions.

You will coordinate multi-function teams, manage projects end-to-end, and help translate opportunities into successful commercial solutions, with a focus on data accuracy and customer collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, marketing, business, science or related field.
• Experience in project management with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects across commercialization, product change management, and lifecycle support.
• Support regional leads and Sales by gathering information to assess opportunities, feasibility, risks and success factors.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Initiate and oversee workflows for new stock keeping units with timelines and dependencies.
• Work with Quality and Food Safety to support new raw material approvals and SAP setup.
• Manage artwork changes for stock keeping units including approvals and timing.
• Oversee modifications to existing stocks, including change requests and implementation.
• Handle customer requests for product information and samples while supporting innovation.
• Coordinate site visits and travel for trade shows and tolling partners.
