Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
- Has a minimum of 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Has previous senior nurse, leadership, mentoring, or team leadership experience
- Is passionate about developing and supporting others
- Leads with empathy, professionalism, and accountability
- Champions high clinical standards and continuous improvement
- Has strong surgical nursing and anaesthetic monitoring skills
- Values fear-free and low-stress handling principles
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills
- Remains calm, positive, and solutions-focused during busy periods
- Has experience with RxWorks (desirable but not essential)
