Job summary

You will manage resources, drive teaching quality, and sustain student wellbeing and learning outcomes in a large faculty within Picton High School’s context in New South Wales.

Qualifications

• Capacity to lead innovative assessment and curriculum in the PDHPE faculty.
• Knowledge of NESA and ACE requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead a large faculty with diverse electives and classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDHPE faculty with Stage 5 and 6 electives and classes.
• Design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs.
• Manage performance and development of staff to enhance student outcomes.
• Plan and manage resources effectively to support teaching and learning.
• Engage with Aboriginal education policy and community groups.
