Qualifications

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with the executive team to lead, manage and implement whole-school initiatives that drive the effective delivery of the School Excellence Plan.
• Demonstrated capacity to build teacher capability at all career stages through targeted professional learning, mentoring and evidence-based teaching practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the design, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based, engaging and differentiated teaching programs and assessment practices.
• Proven ability to lead the implementation of restorative practice and Positive Behaviour for Learning to establish predictable, inclusive and productive learning environments.
• Eligibility: unconditional full approval to teach with NSW Department of Education.
